Banish bad breath naturally

90 million people suffer from bad breath. Here are a few simple solutions that can help prevent this:
  • Keep mouth free of food particles with brushing, flossing, tongue brushing and dental cleaning.
  • Try to avoid odor producers like spicy food, tobacco, alcohol and coffee.
  • Try making your own toothpaste with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Add a few drops of antiseptic tea tree oil or eucalyptus oil (found at a Health food store).
  • Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat fruits and vegetables.
  • You can also try parsley garnish or munch on a sprig after meals, and drink tea.
Check with your health professional if condition persists. This could be an indicator of periodontal gum disease, respiratory infection or gastro-intestinal disorders.
